Now you’ve grouped your peaks into clusters, you should check whether they are reasonable. Enter into “Edit Clusters (HN-C)” mode in RunAbout’s top toolbar by clicking “Mode…Edit Clusters (HN-C)”.
Clicking this will refresh the spectra in the display, but the spectra corresponding to each position in the panel are the same as in the “Edit Peaks” mode. However, you’ll witness that the peak labels all being with “c” in the “Edit Clusters” modes, indicating that the labels correspond to cluster number. The Actions panel isn’t much use for editing clusters, so it’s time to switch to the “Helm” panel. When you click the “Helm” button, you should see your panel transform into something like this:
